Interested Data Subjects: candidates to be considered for the establishment of employment relationship.
Pursuant to and for the effects of EU Reg. 2016/679, hereafter referred to as ‘GDPR’, SIMMETRIA IMMAGINE E COMUNICAZIONE SRL in the role of your personal data controller, hereby informs that the aforementioned legislation provides for the protection of the individuals with regard to their personal data processing. The data processing will be based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights.
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned legislation and the confidentiality obligations laid down therein.
Purpose and legal basis of processing: in particular, your data will be used for the purposes necessary for the accomplishment of the legitimate interests of the data Controller:
• selection of the personnel for the establishment of employment relationship.
Method of processing. Your personal data may be processed in the following ways:
• by means of electronic calculators with the use of software systems managed or programmeddirectly;
• processing by electronic calculators;
• manual processing by means of paper record-keeping.

Each type of processing is carried out in compliance with the methods set out in Articles. 6, 32 of the GDPR and through the adoption of the appropriate security measures.
Your data will be processed only by duly authorized personnel and, in particular, by the following categories of employees:
• Administration office.

Data dissemination: Your personal data will not be disclosed in any way.

Retention period. Please note, that in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, limitation and data minimization purpose, pursuant to Art. 5 of the GDPR, the retention period of your personal data is: established for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are collected and processed and in compliance with the mandatory time limits prescribed by law. You have the right to obtain from the Controller the erasure (right to be forgotten), restriction, updating, rectification, portability, opposition to the
processing of your personal data. In general, you can obtain all the rights provided by Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 of the GDPR.

1.The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or non- existenceof his/ her personal data, even if not recorded yet, as well as communication in comprehensible form, and the confirmation of the possibility to lodge a complaint with a Supervisory Authority.

2.The Interested Party has the right to be supplied with information on:
a.the origin of personal data;
b.the purposes and methods of data processing;
c.the method applied in case of data processing with the aid of electronic instruments;
d.the identifying details of the Data Controller, of the managers and the designatedrepresentatives, according to Article 5, paragraph 2;
e.the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or whocan learn about it in the role of appointed
representative in the territory of the State, managers or agents;

3.The Interested Party has the right to obtain:
a.updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
b.the erasure, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, includingdata which
retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently processed;
c.the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to theattention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except the cases when this fulfillment is impossible or involves the use of means significantly disproportionate to the protected right;
d.data portability.

4.The Interested Party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
a.for legitimate reasons the processing of his/her personal data, even if pertinent to the purpose of thecollection;
b.to the processing of his/ her personal data for the purpose of advertising or mailing direct salesmaterial or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
